Re: Emeira's Diary
If I would consume 20 egg yolks per day (what is impossible, too expensive and my skin can not tolerate such amount) and 1500g orange juice I would still get too little iron 13mg. 27 mg which could be too much https://www.waiworld.com/waidiet/nut-calcsimple.html 10 eggs + 1500 mg OJ would result in...

Re: Coronavirus
For italy, the gap between newly infected and newly recovered peaked at 21/3, and has more or less stabilized since. That peak was 3 weeks after exiting the volatile phase B. For Italy, the gap between newly infected and newly recovered is narrowing since 28/3, one week after peaking. Some scientis...

Re: Coronavirus
With those numbers I can imagine that Netherlands is testing only dead people posthumously (or people in extremely bad condition). No, the active cases number was always much higher. somehow, they didnt/dont report recoveries properly. This morning, coincidentally, (some of) that underreporting has...

For italy, the gap between newly infected and newly recovered peaked at 21/3, and has more or less stabilized since. That peak was 3 weeks after exiting the volatile phase B. The daily new deaths are plateauing also (just a slight increase still) The USA has exited the volatile phase on 25/03. Proje...

Re: Coronavirus
The USA is doing better now. They ramped up testing and some major cities are in lockdown. This is reflected in the stats; the deaths/recoveries rate plunged down to 0.7 per 26/03. Lockdown is not nationwide though, and testing vigor varies greatly locally, so we may still see serious spreading in n...

Re: Coronavirus
Probably wallstreet is doing calculations like this to "beat" the markets. Yes, i cannot imagine that they dont. Anything that could be remotely useful how good or bad things will go in countries and the world in aggregate Im afraid that things will get really ugly in India and African countries; a...

Re: Coronavirus
Okay, so I see the ABCD graph modal you (RRM) made, you glued pieces together. Exactly. Germany never went through the volatile phase (with death rates topping recovery rates); Germany went straight from phase A to C. This may be due to their early and aggressive regimen of testing. https://www.was...

Re: Coronavirus
I think trying to do any analysis based on the reported statistics is futile and cannot be trusted. Similar to findings in medical scientific studies, these statistics also contain a lot of noise. But as with scientific studies, i do not think that these stats are useless, and that they can be tell...

Re: Coronavirus
When comparing the top 3 to Italy;
Phase B did not even last a week in Italy, compared to already 16 days in The Netherlands,18 days in the UK, and 22 days in the USA.
