Re: Emeira's Diary
how much calories do you eat during the day and how active are you? you are female, right? What is your height and weight? I put my diet in the calculator and it seems that I eat more or less around 2000 kcal a day, but it is a bit difficult for me to calculate exactly because I eat different thing...

Re: green tea extract for acne
If you and your brother just do the Acne Sample Diet version of the Wai diet and stick to it really strict for a longer period of time your acne will go away all by itself. You don't need any supplements at all. Please just try it for yourself and you will see!! But it is very important that you hav...

Re: Emeira's Diary
In the beginning when I had just started the Wai diet I ate too little food and my hair was also falling out and I felt very energyless most of the time. Now these problems are gone! I think that you are clearly not eating enough. Do you have your digestion problem also with other juices or only wit...

Re: Emeira's Diary
When you make the melon juice, do you sieve it? I made cantaloupe melon juice today in the juicer and when I sieved it I noticed that it is actually quite pulpy/fibery.
So it you have not sieved it before, try that...

Re: Emeira's Diary
I have not tried out the following myself, but your bloating might have something to do with inferior food combining. The ones that has been mentioned here on the wai forum are: Eat proteins away from whole fruit (wait at least 1.5 hours before you eat whole fruits) and: Do not combine avocado with ...

Re: Multiple Sclerosis
I am also wondering about this, because a friend recently got to know that he has it. On wikipedia it says about it: "Multiple sclerosis (MS), also known as disseminated sclerosis or encephalomyelitis disseminata, is a inflammatory disease in which myelin sheaths around axons of the brain and spinal...

Re: Back on the diet once again WOOO HOOO
I really think my problem is the fish I bought was not fresh and put on ice before it was sold, flash frozen, or it could be that I don't react well to farmed fish. If this is so then I have not been 100% wai for the past 18 days and I have only been 100% for the past 6 days Hi Waipete! I don't kno...

Re: Olive oil vs Macadamia nut oil
This makes me happy, because I love macademia oil!The top 3 oils seem the (almost equally) best.
Does this really matter that much in this case, if the oil is 100% fat and 0 protein anyway?Of course, the question is: is there any heat involved in shelling the nuts?

Mr. PC, are you sure that your wrist pain is a matter of "sickness" and something that needs healing, and not just that you are using a piano technique which is using unnecessary tension of muscles?

Re: WaiWiki?
What exactly do you think is outdated in the WaiSays articles?
As far as I can see they are perfectly up-to-date, and it's good for newcomers to have many benefits of the diet listed like that, instead of having to search the wiki themselves, which I imagine will be quite extensive in the future.

Re: Slow juicer recipes
Strawberry mint juice
Put in the juicer:
1 pear
1 apple
10 strawberries
fresh mint leaves
Very summery and fresh juice! My favorite juice right now. ^.^
Instead of juicing the mint you can also blend it with the rest of the juice in a blender,
but don't do this if you are very acne sensitive.

Re: A year on Wai
Hi, it's great that it works for you – congrats!
If you really want your bacne to go away completely maybe you should try to be super strict for a while, meaning: No munch foods like tortillas and cheese whatsoever, only the wai diet foods and NOTHING else! What do you say?!
