Christina,
How long did it take for you to notice a difference/change?

I know that it can be bad to brush your teeth too much, but I was wondering if anyone knew if it can be bad to loss your teeth too much? For example, would flossing after every meal be bad?

Children; how many egg yolks?
Wai's book gave a general guideline for how many egg yokes that a woman or man can eat, but I was wondering how many egg yokes can children eat? Young children don't have acne, so that's not really a way guage whether they have eaten too many egg yokes. For example, how many egg yokes can a 3 year o...

I did speak too soon in that I do have a slight intolerance to nuts. It's not as bad as my intolerance to tomato, but it gives me slightly looser stool and some nasty gas. I'm not sure how to peel a tomato.....Is there any other fruit I should make sure to eat more of to make up for not eating tomato?

I thought I had an intolerance to nuts, however, I believe I figured out that I have an intolerance to tomatoes. I had removed both tomatoes and nuts and my bowel movements began to stabilize. I later ate a few things with nuts and I was fine. So think the culprit has been the tomato. I could test i...

Agave nectar is an excellent substitute for sugar. It is much lower on the glycemic index. I believe it is even lower than a raw orange. Rather than using a cup of sugar, you would only need 1/3 or 1/4 a cup of agave. It has no protein and the bottle I bought says that is was specially produced at t...

Here's the way I see it. I am now not using any soap when I shower, just water. However, there seems to be some times when you have something on your body, like chlorine from swimming pools, that plain water just can get remove. In such situations, I believe soap is a necessity. Therefore, if I have...

Mild 100% natural soap
A friend of mine referred me to this brand of soap: http://www.drbronner.com/drb_sai_liquids.html I chose the Baby-Mild unscented version. If you look at the ingredients, you will see that there are very few ingredients and you can recognize them all. I chose the liquid soap over the bar soap becaus...

Getting other people's BO off....
I train martial arts and it requires close physical contact with other people. Being on the Wai Diet, I don't have any body odor, however, I notice that the close contact will result in other people's sweat and body odor to get on me. I noticed that just rinsing with water doesn't get their body odo...

Showering after swimming....
Since swimming pools have a high level of chlorine, just rinsing with water doesn't seem to get the chlorine off the skin. Is it OK to use soap in that situation to get the chlorine off?

I live in California. There are times where the sun feels so hot that I feel the "burn" on the back of my neck and on my arms within a few minutes of being under the sun without sunblock. Now I almost always wear long sleeve shirts, a hat, and put on sunblock. I believe people can get skin damage fr...

I'm not sure if it is that my intestines went from sedated to active because I've always seemed to have this problem even before the Wai Diet. What I have done the past couple days is only drink juiced fruits with olive oil and consume avocado, raw egg yoke, and raw fish. This has seemed to make my ...
