Dadasarah, I'm 23, and if I am permitted to put in my two-cents' worth, I'd say 25 is a PERFECT age! But that is based on my pretty crude inner compass of a 'good' time for me to become a mother... of course it depends on the individual (as do many other things!). I am very happy to hear how ecstati...

You are a great wit, Cairidh! And yes, 6 yolks all at once is also too much for me (stomach-wise), with bananas or not. I like to space them out...

Wow, sula, what an encouraging testimony to your body's sensitivity, and your willingness to respond to it. I am a complete teetotaller, and always have been (with the exception of a few 'experimental' drinking-bouts as an early teen... ), so I can't say I know what it's like to throw up afte...

Oh my goodness, Cairidh! Space-age techno-juicers indeed. Do you know where I could buy a second-hand Green Star? Anyone? (I don't have the 415 quid for a new one... :-()

This diet seems very strict, but isn't. Indeed. I personally find I have plenty of room to 'manoeuvre' within the boundaries of Wai country. :-) In the beginning, I didn't think I needed OJ at all, then I discovered how practical it was, so I started consuming juice with OJ (no sugar), now I've ada...

How is it possible for the juice to last for several days without deteriorating? Do you store it in a vacuum container? Surely the act of pressing the juice would expose the nutrients to oxygen (=> oxidation)?
