B5 and acne...

Has anyone tried B5 to treat acne?

I'm pretty sure my acne is hormonal ( 5 weeks of strict sample diet, following each rule rigidly ), so I want to try B5 while on this diet to see if it clears up my spots?

Does anyone have a suggestion on how much, etc...?

Thank You.

Re: A simplified diet (cheaper and easier )?

http://www.13.waisays.com/egg-yolk.htm

explains the reasons for eating yolks only and not the whites.

makes sense to me...and yes, they are cheap!

If you aren't cursed with acne or cellulite, then sure. Then again some people aren't that susceptible to "dirty protein" so that maybe following your diet does benefit you at a lower price, less time and work. However, egg yolks are so satisfying, are they not? Plus, the diet itself, whether follow...

I probably should, since my diet changes just a little each few days... I remember it being a major problem for me in my juinor year of high school and now I will be a junior in college...how depressing  So about 16-17 years old or so. I honestly think it is hormonal. I can't see why it wouldn'...

Re: differences...

Yes! Each day I eat the following: I drink about 2.5 liters of OJ with 2 tbsp of oil added. I also add about 2 tbsp of sugar, sometimes 3 tbsp if I need the energy. I find that if I add to much oil, I feel a drop in my sugar level. I'm a waiter and I work a four shift from 4-8 and I notice that with...
