Re: No oil at all?

I do best with very little oil as well. I eat 6 meals, with around 75-100 gram of sugar per meal, and 5 gram of fat from coconut oil. And 3 egg yolks and 2 oysters in the evening. Also around 10 gram of fat from dairy (lets call it much food). So this is surely verry little fat, and very much sugar,...

Re: Emeira's Diary

You could consider supplementing oysters instead to get your levels higher. They are very rich in copper (and zinc).

Re: Sweating (a lot) + Peeing less vs No sweating + Peeing (a lot)

I think that you can sweat without really seeing any sweat on your body. For example, I drink 5L of liquid daily, for the last 2 months. Around 3L of OJ and 2L of skim milk. I sweat a little bit under my armpits so now and then, but for the rest nothing really noticeable, because I don't do exercise...

Re: "Meditation" debate

I still don't truly understand this intense dislike of meditation Aytundra, but yes, everybody likes different things. I mean, if your teacher forces you to listen to a song of Justin Bieber before you start the class, I can understand such a rebellious behaviour. Nobody should force you to go such ...

Re: Ray Peat..Haidut..Ede...etc

The other day I met a person that eat tons of junk fried food daily. He doesnt have acne. (He still looks sick and bloater but nvm lol)

If you have no thyroid gland I think the mainstream view is that you supplement thyroid and that this works pretty okay. I guess she does that?

Re: Ray Peat..Haidut..Ede...etc

Well, when I am navigating around Ray Peat's world, I think I didn't see any successful story regarding acne yet (I can be wrong). Actually, they advise you to 'cheat' (take supplements) to get rid of it. So... Ray Peat said he had success with himself and clients by getting thyroid to function opt...

Oh, the Netherlands is full of organic meat shops. I think there are like 3 in a radius of 3km of my house.

Re: Injected meat

I always take organic meat. I really don't trust commercial meat at all, and I don't like the taste. Commercial meats leaks much more water than organic meat (from my own experience), so in some sense organic meat is a bit cheaper than it seems, because it contains less water. Chemicals such as tris...

You can test if you have a fatty liver, if you want to be sure.

Re: calcium in oranges and fiber

"Unlike glucose, which is metabolized widely in the body, fructose is metabolized almost completely in the liver in humans, where it is directed toward replenishment of liver glycogen and triglyceride synthesis. Under one percent of ingested fructose is directly converted to plasma triglyceride." So...
