You did ask for "shelled Brazil nuts" ;)
Iirc on the company's site they say that the nuts are shelled by mechanical means only, so the only downside could be the possible level of aflatoxins.

Something else that might help in addition to this, is to take a deep/belly breathing scheme (like 8 secs in, hold 4, 16 secs out) and focus on doing that correctly while trying to fall asleep. 1) 8 hrs (7-9)
2) 8 hrs (7-9, without alarm)
3) < 7 hrs, waking up with alarm
4) sleep 9 hrs or take a nap

In the beginning the effect isn't that big, I just feel a bit sleepy during the day. The longer I suffer from sleep deprivation, the more I get sniffly next to feeling sleepy.
