Ah, I see.
Anyway, I'll keep it in mind, and I'll keep you updated on the progress. I can't test very well at this moment, because I'm still waiting for the effects of two consecutive days of eating cooked food to go away...

yes, due to the specific hard to digest proteins it naturally (raw) contains and the permeability-increasing effect on your intestines (for suckling thats a good thing; increasing uptake of nutrients) Hard to digest proteins? I would think a suckling needs just the opposite. a grain of salt can alr...

Raw milk cheese
I was wondering about cheese made from raw milk. See this page for info how they make it (dutch page). I know I'm not supposed to drink milk, but aside from that, would it cause acne? I'm experimenting with it now, but I'd like your input. The page describes in detail how it is made, and heating is ...

In my opinion, that is not worth having different domains for. For one, your search engine score is a lot higher when you have a lot of content, and also incoming links, to one domain. Second, most people will only be confused by it. I am an IT professional, and it appeared to me as quite a mess. Bu...

Yes, you can maintain all the other domains. When doing a website move or change, a good webmaster always makes sure there are enough redirect rules to keep incoming links working. At the very least, they should be given a good error-page, explaining the error, and other places to start looking. And...

How would you want to upgrade the forum? I do have another version ready, based on the WaiWorld/WaiDiet/WaiSays division, but I wanted to implement it only when we'd have articles in all three. Based on the WaiWorld/WaiDiet/WaiSays division? What do you mean? I don't think I'm following you here. M...

Another question. Who exactly maintains the site? Is this person, or people, capable of editing HTML code? We were thinking of setting up a basic template system in which pages contain a few directives to include common stuff like headers, footers and menu's. When editing such a page, making use of ...

Cooking and Cognition: How Humans Got So Smart
I found an article with a rather bold hypotheses that I can't keep from you all: Cooking and Cognition: How Humans Got So Smart . It states that human brains started to gain size and energy consumption when we began cooking our food. The increased availability to the energy contained in the food by ...

The slowness of Ruby wouldn't have been an issue the way I had it in mind; it would merely have been used for offline processing. The webmaster changes something, runs Rake (Ruby version of 'Make'), and all html pages are generated. The webhost itself would serve only static pages, so no PHP process...
