Re: Confused (about sugars, juices etc)

Well, you could compare your body to a car: it needs gas and oil to run properly. The more you drive, the more gas (=sugars) you need. You don't need to drink juice at all, but if you find that you eat all you can eat, and still need more energy, then you can use the juice to fill the gap. Because t...

Re: itchy skin

Sometimes I get itchy skin, or itches, when I wear (partly) synthetic clothes. I'm not sure why, but maybe because of the static electricity. Usually I wear cotton clothes or clothes with a minimal amount of synthetic fiber.

Re: people working or in college...

I take with me: 0.5 liter OJ (+oil and sugar, in a glass bottle) and 1 or 2 pieces of fruit per part of the day, and half an avocado for 'dinner' if I can't get raw fish on the way. No nuts at the moment.

Re: Food combining

That is weird...as far as I know nuts contain a lot of fiber, which need to be decomposed bacterially. This means that everthing you've just eaten will be decomposed that way, producing gas. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but if not, this can't be right. :)

Re: My Story

Actually the use of toothpaste has, until now, never been proven beneficial in any way. Probably with this diet, abrasive toothpaste could even be more damaging, because the continuous eating and drinking will leave the outer layer of enamel soft (until it remineralizes during the night). Therefore ...

The problems could be in the stylesheets or the html, so you might want to run the css and html check tools from this page: http://www.netmechanic.com/news/vol4/css_no17.htm

Btw, the frame option doesn't seem to work with Mozilla...I only get the frame to the upmost right of the page, nothing on the left side. :(

Re: Replacing the animal products

Hello Anders, welcome on the forum. :)

What about fish? Or fish oil?
Are you sure your reaction to the egg yolks isn't psychological?

As far as I know, you can't easily consume too much B12, but you can consume too much D.

Re: Fasting

I've never fasted either, except when I was really ill. Our bodies are remarkable machines, able to keep on going on all kinds of food. It functions the best when the nutrients are optimal, but it still functions when this isn't the case. Comparing fasting to eating (and drinking) unhealthy food, on...

RRM told me he moved the site to a different server, and that there are some problems accessing subpages. So you have to wait until he has fixed those issues. :(

Re: Timing eating to loose weight

Maybe you could consider doing the diet to the letter for a couple of weeks, and see if that works? I find that only then I can trust my body completely, telling me when to eat and how much. With munch food in your diet, I guess it might interfere with the body's natural instincts.
