:) Julia,
How did your diagnosis come about? I too have osteo but am convinced about Wai's theory of excessive calcium. Have you read it yet?

Re: potato/ tomato

Yep, yolks are good too I hear...most people can mix the yolks with different things...for some reason I have a hard time doing that...for now I can only eat them by themselves...the other day I tried extra virgin coconut oil on a baked potato.I really like it.

Re: alternatives to shampoo, deodorant, lip balm, soap??????

oh yeah and for soap...I'm like RRM...I try not to use it unless i really need to...Dove is suppose to be ph balanced, which is really important...I don't understand why that's not listed on products that go on your skin  makes no sense to me.

Re: alternatives to shampoo, deodorant, lip balm, soap??????

:) What about a natural deodorant like Toms of Maine? I find that while on this diet my sweat seems to be odorless. I usually buy my shampoo at a health food store...they have more natural selections...although they don't mention anything about the ph level.

potato/ tomato

This is a simple little recipe that I enjoy (for munchfood obviously) 1 small baked red potato cut into cubes with a little unsalted butter then 1 tomato peeled and diced and "sprinkled on" and some chives.
mmmm good
