Re: Faster blood clotting/wound healing = Aging faster?

Really be happy, it is a sign of good health. For example, diabetic persons can have extremely slow wound healing. I have a friend that is diabetic and he had this extreme big wound and it just doesnt seem to cure for months. I use a red led light device, and I did borrow it to him for a two weeks a...

Re: calcium in oranges and fiber

I think there are valid points against sugar and fructose if you are on a really unhealthy diet and nutritional deficient diet, fructose can be harsh for the liver. Maybe sometimes like in the case of panacea where you have real addictions, using a low sugar and fat rich diet can be also beneficial....

Re: Novidez's Journey - From non-Wai to Wai

Maybe you are reading too much? You say you feel and look better than you used to look. So probably this diet is doing you better than your old diet right? You seem to be so much in a hurry to solve problems. If you have a leaky gut (emphasis on if) and if you have low temps, then probably you have ...

But it doesnt have to be from beta carotene I woud say. I drink 2L of orange juice daily lately and sometimes carrots, but nobody ever told me that I have an unhealthy orange color or something.

Re: "Meditation" debate

Interesting, but I think not feeling like meditating is something different then experiencing very negative emotions while you are trying to focus on your breathing for some minutes. Do you have that as well?

Re: "Meditation" debate

Meditation stirs up emotions unnecessarily. But apparently only if you are so healthy minded as you are. For an inferior human being like me, it makes me feel relaxed and peaceful. Healthy people can be made unhealthy by meditation. Maybe one day I will be so healthy, and also experience negative e...

Re: "Meditation" debate

Nevermind, I was just trying to put your story in context. Anyway, meditation seems to trigger a quite intense negative emotional reaction with you. But I feel like you are turning things in your head around. You are saying something like, I have a very emotional reaction to meditation, so I must cl...

Re: calcium in oranges and fiber

Does, for example, 600mg Calcium and 1500mg of Phosphorous per day seems balanced to you? I'm supposing that you are talking about a 1:1 ratio. Luckily, our body is very capable in adjusting absorption rates (up to 10-fold!), so that non-extreme intakes have little influence. Do you mean little inf...

Re: "Meditation" debate

No no no hahaha. You said that meditation is only for sick people that need medication and that you are too healthy to do meditation. Or something along that lines. Do you still believe that? Yes, meditation is for people with problem(s). Normal people do not need to meditate. Yes, medication is fo...

Re: "Meditation" debate

Well you crashed into my diary disagreeing with my belief "that mediation is not good for aytundra" and that you believe that aytundra should have meditation. So far you have not convinced me that meditation is for aytundra. No no no hahaha. You said that meditation is only for sick people that nee...

Re: calcium in oranges and fiber

For PTH it is about the calcium phosphorous balance. You can eat quite low calcium and still have good balance. Especially oranges have a very good calcium phosphorus balance. Eggs and muscle meat not so.
