Why? Does fat make your skin worse than usual? I alway thought the sugar made your skin red.

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

I ment I'll leave the sugar as in 200g and decrease the oil intake to 4tbs If i were you, i would reduce oil intake to 1 tbs max. I know I would listen to you eventually but is that too little. I'm really I mean really skinny  if I reduce the oil should I add more sugar? Oil makes extra space...

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

Ok I'll leave the sugar alone and reduce the OO to hmm 4,5tbs. I would actually do it the other way around: leave the oil alone and stick to the sugar. Sugar makes you feel more energetic, and is more direct energy for the muscles. I ment I'll leave the sugar as in 200g and decrease the oil intake ...

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

I bought this OO which was cheaper than the usual it's name is iliada and it's made from Greece black or was it purple anyway it's says on the bottle first cold pressing natural low acidity. Does this first mean that first it was cold pressed and than heat pressed or does it mean first as the 'best'?

Which is more ideal to maintain/gain weight sugar. Oil?
And what will happen to the body if it doesn't have enough vitamin B?

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

Can drinking 3L of OJ cover 200g of sugar and 12tbs of OO? It is not just the OJ, its also food from animal origin, such as salmon or yolks. 12 tbs of OO is 1450 kcal, plus 200 grams of sugar is 774 kcal (2224 kcal in total) That is too much sugar plus oil in my experience. I did an experiment, and...

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

Thank you. That's very important to know. One question it might seem stupid to ask this. But by consuming sugar and oils does the vitamin B decrease or it's just you need sufficient vitamin B to handle the sugars and oils? Can drinking 3L of OJ cover 200g of sugar and 12tbs of OO? Referring to he ph...

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

As I told you I'm on the wai warrior 19hr I sometimes sip after 18hr to break the fast because 19seems too extreme. The reason I sip and not drink is to put all 3l of OJ after exercise to give it to the muscles. My diet consists 3L OJ 10tbs EVOO 100of sugar 90g Mackarel each day. No whole fruit/fibr...

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

Some more questions. I realised that my gums bleed easily when I wash my teeth and nails break easily. Is it too fast to expect stronger nails and gums?. So far my chest and arms are getting bigger little by little but my hole body is loosing weight. Maybe because I'm active in the day time and it j...
