Re: Free Weightloss Program

Not if the calorie deficit is almost solely at the expense of restoring bodyfat but how do I know that? By consuming no medium or big meals whatsoever. Each week you burn and store at least 1 kg of pure fat. That is at least 140 grams of fat daily, which amounts to at least 1250 kcal. That is what ...

Sieved juices are very easy on digestion.
Hence juices and raw animal food is what we consume (and recommend).

Re: Misunderstood milk

Raw milk is suitable for just about all mammals Raw cow's milk contains 4 times more calcium than raw human milk. Babies need relatively more calcium than adults, due to fast calcification of their bones. So, even human milk contains more calcium than adults need. Do you think that the high intake ...

Re: Misunderstood milk

The hormones in the milk affected the mother, causing milk production and so on, not the baby. I posted a long list of growth factors in milk. Most of these are tiny molecules, and have been shown to get absorbed intact into the baby's blood. Do you really think they all serve no purpose in the baby?

Re: Wai should be high in animal foods and low in fruit/carbs

True, hypervitaminosis is nothing but a toxic reaction to man-made chemicals which we somehow call nutrients. Man-made chemcials that are molecularly identical to their synthetic counterparts are exactly that: identical. That means they have exactly the same properties. Sure, if the vitamin comes w...

Nutrient requirements are well established.
A diet of mostly fruit and some animal food meets those requiements.
Correct?

Re: Wai should be high in animal foods and low in fruit/carbs

In my opinion this is another area that raw animal foods 'win' in compared to any plant foods, very little to no enzyme inhibitors and lots of enzymes in animal foods. Which enzymes exactly are you talking about? All the enzymes in your blood are endogenously produced. Enzymes in food are proteins ...

Re: Wai should be high in animal foods and low in fruit/carbs

Yet, you still haven't answered what's the advantage of fruit over animal foods, which makes you advocate a heavily fruit-based diet. As i said, fruits and animal food are perfectly complementary. They complement each other; together, they give you everything that you need. That means that you can ...
