Slea I was like that too *nods emphatically* I couldn't stop, I was hopeless, willpower wouldn't help at all. I'd probably still be like that, the thing that got me off it was my Grandpa died, and because of grief I couldn't eat, so I stopped eating for a couple of weeks and this got my body clean e...

Generally clean with munch food intake every day but my munch food is raw so I'm 100% raw. I'm vegetarian so I don't eat fish. I know it's better for your health to eat it, but I can't. It's a huge thing for me to eat eggs because I was vegan. You'll think I'm mad but I was fruitarian for 6 months ...

You may :) Blackpool - I was born in West London but when I was a toddler my mum decided she wanted me to grow up with my Grandparents, and they lived in Blackpool and wouldn't move, so we had to move there. They were from Manchester, but they retired to Blackpool, because they wanted to be near the...

Fish Oils are heated
Does anyone know if fish oils being heated is a problem? There's a lot of hype about them, all the wonderful things they do. The evidence that they have a dramatic impact on health is undeniable. So I was really surprised when I read a book by Dr Budwig, whose famous for using flax oil blended with ...

Sardines
Sardines never seem to be mentioned - is there something wrong with them?? They're an oily fish, so a source of omega 3. They contain DMAE which is a supernutrient for the skin and improves cognitive functioning. They're the best source of Co Q 10. They're a whole fish, so contain all the nutrients ...

People often go to Thailand for detox weeks, there are countless spas, involving raw food or colon cleanses etc. It's ironic you would be going there to retox. If it was me, I'd stay raw. When you go to restaurants, she can eat the cuisine and you can eat raw - you would save money which could be sp...

Braggs Liquid Aminos is raw, and tastes delicious. Lots of raw vegans use it, not as a protein supplement (which it is) but to improve the taste of recipes. It can be used instead of Soya Sauce. I would have thought Braggs would be better than any other Liquid Aminos because it's raw, but I don't kn...

I feel invincible eating raw eggs. If I contracted any kind of virus or infection from them, I would die of shock. I think if you ate a cooked egg containing avian flue, you would definately contract it. But if you ate a raw egg containing avian flue, you would most likely not get ill from it. We al...

The only way for me not to have cravings is for me not to eat any cooked food for a long time. If I eat a little drop then that sets the physical cravings off terribly, whereas if I'm 100% raw I don't crave cooked food at all. It doesn't look like food, it looks like plastic. I don't want to eat it ...

My eggs are never in the fridge, they're always out (is that bad?) I've never had food poisoning from raw eggs. My mum never keeps hers in the fridge either. She's been eating 2 raw eggs per day mixed in pasteurised cows milk, as part of a standard diet including cooked meat/chocolate/all the nastie...
