Local (usually organic) farmers come to the city once a week to sel their produce. I bought some nice apples, some honey, eggs and some fresh Fluke. A white fish...is it what we call...

I know Whole Foods, and yes it's better quality but pricey. how is their fish? So are you also in NYC? How l...

Thanks RRM! If drinking grapefruit juice is affecting hormone levels, could you say what sort of symptoms I could be experiencing? I just remember when I switched over from OJ to GFJ I did find it bitter (so added honey) and had some adjustment time. I thought it was due to the change of sugars. Now...

Grapefruit an enzyme inhibitor...???
A friend and fellow Waier Sylvia, drew my attention to studies that have been done about a potential link between grapefruit consumption and estrogen levels in the blood. Since I drink grapefruit juice now (juice of 5 grapefruits per day = 750ml) I was looking into it and it seems a bit confusing......

since two weeks already my head itches. I don't have lice. there are however small red pimples at the itchy places. They seem to change too. One day on the right, next on the left, then on top. What could it be? I've washed my hair as usual with egg yolk and it only helped for a half a day. Any idea...

Indeed! My parents live about 30 minutes away from La Sablière. Their Rose Water is beautiful and 100% natural. I'll be buying some in august when i go there. They make it in an old 'alambic'. One can visit the place and see how it is made. The roses are heated with water in the alambic and the vapo...
