Re: Hyperkalemia induced by excessive fruits
Potassium in ginger vs banana with manganese held at same amount.JPG Banana is pretty much manganese, ginger tops up manganese easily without adding much potassium. As for the calorie from bananas, replace it with sugar or honey (honey will add potassium but will not add as much as banana per gram)...

Re: Hyperkalemia induced by excessive fruits
My diet basically orange juice (2200mg potassium) and banana juice(2200mg potassium) + animal food and some dried fruits, nuts, tomato, cucumber. Total potassium per day is 6300mg. If 2200 mg is taken by oranges, and 2200 mg is taken by bananas, then the remainder of the 6300 mg is 1900 mg. You are...

Re: Hyperkalemia induced by excessive fruits
Do you feel more energetic?
Given that you have more potassium.
Does that form a stronger difference between the internal and external membranes of the mitochondria?

Re: Hyperkalemia induced by excessive fruits
Try not to eat any cereal based foods then.
Because the toxins from cereal bacteria if present in the cereal, would move potassium into the mitochondria.
This youtube video explains the mechanism of the toxins nicely:

Re: Deuterium depletion
More questions for Mthrash: Could it be simple logic of heavy water gets pulled by gravity and accumulate in objects near ground (i.e. potato), carrots, roots, etc... and light water gets to live in plant leaves? Do giraffes eat less heavy water than a cow? Should we eat giraffes and not cows? Shoul...

Re: Deuterium depletion
Let's throw a wrench into Mthrash's thoughts. Mthrash, in your own words what is deuterium? Mthrash, you claim it (deuterium) is highest in fruits and lowest in fats. Did you count it (deuterium) from the sugar only in fruits, and from the stuff stuck on the carbon chain of fats? Fruits have water, ...

Re: olive oil vs flaxseed oil
Merely just noting that selenium is higher in olive oil than other oils. That selenium seems to be the only mineral there in olive and compared to other foods (hence taking it in would allow controlled intake of selenium). Of course fish is a source of selenium, but fish also presents other minerals...

Re: Temperature of an exercise burn
What does the white blood cell do, during exercise?
Care to guess?
Do they localize and aggregate to the exercise site, with the source of increased temperature, or
do they feel repelled from the exercise site?
or it has no effect on white blood cells.

Why is olive oil special?
Did I miss reading something?
Iirc from a post, back in the days of no internet and researching out of books, you concluded to use olive oil.
Why did you conclude to using olive oil and not other oils?

Re: Wai Diet
Here is a list of foods when the portion of fats contains 33% or more PUFA. However it is important to look at the grams table, as the volume is really little in fruits. Obviously if you eat oils and nuts the PUFA amount is more than fruits. MuPuSa, Pu over 33percent page 1 of 3.JPG MuPuSa, Pu over ...
