Banana + 3 to 4 yolks + honey + olive oil!

Avacados with eggs tend to make me drowsy.

And make sure that you are relaxed and not in a hurry (running after eating yolks is not adviced)

Good luck

I agree that it's very infuriating Avalon. I have to finish my thesis this Friday, so I let this one go. I will leave the fight up to you until then! Hold on tight! I know you'll be able to face the challenge. And no, Oscar, We don't want your self-invented nomenclature of the "Optimal Diet" with ca...

Yeah,

Isn't it much simpler to specify what we are doing the diet for and which type of diet we are on instead of having these plus and minus signs? As if we don't have enough fingers or time to type out the whole nomenclature...

You don't understand what this is about. It's about my reaction to Avalon's Diet diary topic, which caused the whole Wai vs Wai discussion. I think you are just obsessed with accusing me of being a fanatic. ;) Anyway, 100% Wai was a term we used in describing Wai*. Mmmm, trying to wiggle out of thi...

I disagree with how you separated Wai. The 'Sample Diet/100%' is The Optimal diet. They are one and the same. Well, I think so too (accidentally, you disagreed with me on that in the other thread ;)), but it's not discussed as such by Wai. And I want to leave people the space to think otherwise. :)...

Can you clarify if you consider blended banana a munch-food item?

I don't agree either, because the acne sample diet is the most restrictive diet. Some items are in the Wai diet but not in the acne sample diet which is an elimination diet. For example, the acne sample diet forbids the blending of fruits, especially bananas, because this has been known to cause acn...

Thanks RRM. Huntress told me that she had the same problem. I was just wondering, I've always been trying to eat less (eh, to save money), but it's so hard! Do you mean that I should actually control calory intake and purposely "starve" myself? It is quite unusual that I eat much more than a big-siz...

Hi Avo, Thanks for the quote. I remember reading it and thinking that the idea of being "in control" of your skin instead of being "in control" of what you eat as really cool. I'm not doing this diet for skin, but come to think of it, I do get one zit or two every once in a while. However, I've neve...

I looked for worms today before eating the cod. But I was so paranoid that the experience was not nearly as great as my first time.

I think I'll consider freezing them?

Hi Avo,

Just wondering if you can run an allergy test at the doctor's, or is that not "natural" enough for you?

Whatever you decide, good luck and hope the ordeal will be over soon :)

Always hungry

Are we supposed to be always hungry on this diet? I used to always overeat. Now I'm eating more often and feeling better, but I always feel hungry! The only meal that's fulfilling is about 100-150 grams of sashimi or raw beef, which I'm always looking forward to. Sometimes, I eat sashimi or beef twi...

What do you mean? Can you elaborate how nickel allergies are "eliminated" by vitamin C?
