I'm sorry, did I mention the fact that it is believed, that with softer food contributed to our current dental woes- that exemplafies the link between traditional foods and modern processed foods? Early 20th century A 1933 paper by E. B. Forbes says that "...cooking renders food pasty, so that it st...

I never said you, he said, what I said. He did bring it up and I still feel it doesn't apply. It's okay if you do, but I don't. I'm a...

Oscar wrote: The question of chewing is still out in the open. Like RRM said, predators hardly chew, and it's not as if they have bad teeth because of that. How much we need to chew remains to be seen. It wouldn't surprise me if teeth and bone health (in an optimally healthy human) are not correlate...

Oscar, I am stunned that you would suggest I didn't know beef wasn't a munchfood. Basil, ocassional veggies etc., grass juice... these are munch foods. Perhaps healthy ones, and by the way I use these particular ones. But to say- no munch foods other than nuts is incorrect. Forgive me DG, but whenev...

I think most people who have reached a certain stage in dieting, seek out wild fish, wild game. They are hopefully less poluted, more nature built- and though I haven't specifically written this here on the forum- is what I seek. Wild caught fish, grass fed buffalo, free range eggs: much more wild t...

Thanx DG! I am working on it. The world sure doesn't make it easy- with all the nasty advertising around. I've been thinking of giving up animal foods as well, but I'm not ready for that leap. You wrote a very nice post which I downloaded- on negativity influencing our lives- and much more. It was o...

Hi Aron, Do you mean using oranges for orange juice? If you can't afford this, just eat whole oranges. I have never juiced on this diet. It is not a requirement. Only if you are lacking in energy and then it can be useful. Experiment with the accepted food-stuffs and you'll find what works for you. ...
