Absolutely beautiful. Nothing like that around here, just palm trees, beaches, concrete and asphalt. Lots and lots of concrete and asphalt, actually. I really do miss such places, seemingly unmolested by humans and their crazy plans for paving the entire world.

Thank you for bringing this up. It has always been something I wanted to try out, but I never got around to doing it. Any particular site that you would suggest? Any extra tips or advice?

Ha! That's good advice. There has been times where I wouldn't check the mirror for a couple weeks, and after finally looking, my skin was great. It must have something to do with fussing, touching, picking the skin... I suggest you just ignore your face for some time -- even though that will result ...

I think you will find a big (good) difference once you start adding ample amounts of fats to your diet. Yes, you can create many delicious things with coconut oil! I personally like(d) raisins, brazil nuts and coconut oil. I don't do well with nuts anymore, and the raisins were not truely sun-dired....

Don't worry about the calcium, phosphorous, iron and zinc figures. RRM or Oscar can explain why. While I don't know what you are eating exactly, seems like you simply need more B-vitamins and vitamin D. I'd suggest adding a few additional egg yolks everyday, along with small variety of fruits such a...

Just curious, which nutrients do you think you are lacking?

Are you getting enough fat in your diet? And are you able to ingest enough food energy? The thing about adding yolks to OJ: 1) You can't be active after having some (regards to acne). So if you had it throughout the day, you would need to stay inactive all day! Not ideal. 2) The yolks oxidize quickl...

Don't take supplements. Even if you are taking it because one or more nutrients are lacking in your diet, that means there are many nutrients that you might be getting too much of. Your body knows what it is doing, all you have to do is treat it right and give it the right fuel (real foods!).

The same happens to me. No reason to stop completely. Coconut oil will solidify under 70 degrees F. Olive oil will only solidify if the temperature is 40 degrees or so, but it depends on the quality of the oil. More refined oils will need colder temps to become cloudy/solidify. Raw unprocessed will ...

I've been using unrefined coconut oil for a couple years, on and off. Now I put it on my face right after a shower, and I also put several applications on a red area from being in the sun too long... works like a charm! I've been able to avoid getting sunburn ever since, no pain or stinging ever. It...

I've tried it both ways. I like using the bite cap too. The filter is so there is a way to decrease/increase pressure. If you drink from a normal water bottle without taking a breath, the bottle will crumple up under the vacuum that is created. If there was a hole (or filter/valve) then this would n...

No activities cause acne, but instead may influence the factors and chances of breaking out. Both activities you mention have numerous effects, changes in hormone levels, drops in blood sugar levels, possibly mild dehydration. I personally find it difficult to stay properly hydrated during these ses...

I just bought one, and I really like it.

Black 0.75L was $13 at Sports Authority.

I don't mind the quirks (namely, shaking up and then opening cap) as it is more practical than anything else I've used so far. Thanks!

0.75ml ?

Where did you buy it? I think a Sports Authority near me might have them.
