Can we take them out eventually? I had my mercury fillings (both of them) removed three years ago. Unfortunately, while I was aware of the dangers of mercury in my body (and hence opted to have the amalgams removed), I went to my regular dentist who is ignorant about the dangers involved in the act...

Here's an idea, John: go to a doctor or naturopath who can conduct a full mineral analysis of your blood and/or hair. Then, follow the diet closely for a few months (including juices with sugar), and go back for another full mineral analysis. You will then be able to see whether your body has indeed...

Justin, the only juicer I know of that is capable of homogenising foodstuffs (e.g. making 'ice-cream' from frozen bananas, making baby purées and nut butters, etc) is the Champion.
