I was wondering if this emu oil was alright http://www.botanicchoice.com/Beauty-Car ... FoqB41lTGY
I hear a lot of great things about, however vitamin e is added. I know low vitamin e oil is wanted here, but is it alright? Is vitamin e that bad for skin?

Re: Extra Virgin or Light olive oil?
So any extra virgin is fine? It doesn't have to state specifically "cold-pressing"?

Vitamin D Requirement
Hey, my vitamin D requirement according to waidiet nutrient calculator is almost twice as much as I can get in salmon. I know the sample diet says not to eat over 100g of salmon, but I'm 16, 6'1, walk a lot, and work out occasionally with a fast metabolism. Is it alright I eat enough to get my requi...

Re: Direct Answer to Freeze Dried Chives
Panacea, I really appreciate that you want to help me, but you don't understand that I'm trying as hard as I can to get this diet 100%. I've been on this diet for about a month now, I even smell cooked food just to see if I'm still addicted to it or not. The reason I was asking about the chives is b...

Extra Virgin or Light olive oil?
I couldn't find any posts about this in the search, but is it alright if I use regular light olive oil (not extra-virgin) on the acne diet? I don't see how it would make a difference considering how "extra-virgin" just means the first pressing. So is this alright?

Direct Answer to Freeze Dried Chives
I've seen references to this topic, but never a direct answer. So can someone please confirm if "freeze-dried" chives, are safe to consume on the acne sample diet, and acne diet? Thank you.

Eating Egg Yolks and Sashimi the Same Day
Hi, I was wondering if it is safe to consume half my daily consumption of egg yolks, with half my daily consumption of sashimi. Since I'm a tall male, would it be safe regarding acne to consume 2 egg yolks, and 50g of sashimi in the same sitting/day?

Wouldn't that be breaking a sample diet rule?Oscar wrote:I suppose just rinsing with cold/lukewarm water might help?

Big Saladlos
Is it alright if I consume a really big salad in one sitting? Since there isn't much sugar (tomatoes/cucumbers), I'm assuming my blood sugar would be fine, but would it be detrimental to my digestion in any way?

Shaving
I use a beard trimmer when I shave to avoid the irritation of a manual razer, however, this leaves me with a lot of loose hairs on my face. I showered them off, but this dried my face out. Is there any way to easily get them off without irritation?
Thanks, WaiWay

Inactivity After Protein
Since we're supposed to remain inactive after we ingest protein for an hour and a half, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to eat egg yolk/sashimi before you go to bed. Would this impact sleep negatively in any way? I seem to sleep fine, but I was wondering if it put unnecessary work on my b...

Solidified Emu Oil
My emu oil has some small particles floating around in it, so I'm assuming some of it solidified. Is it alright if I heat it up for a bit in the microwave before I apply it to my face? I don't plan on consuming it, but can a topical application be detrimental to skin if the oil has previously been h...

Re: The End Begins
Day #13: More progress in the same areas as before. Blackheads are continuing to shrink. Some closed-comedones on my forehead got bigger (almost seem to have a head but not really), while a lot just went away :D. 2-3 whiteheads showed up, but went away the same day. Overall, I haven't had an actual ...
