John, we're talking about shaving a woman's legs etc.. It's not a gain when more grows.

I found sth. out for myself. I stopped the oj+oo , make a big smoothie 1 liter, with just fruits and lettuce without oil and eat some of that throughout my morning. Then I also take half oj + water, no oil on my walk to make sure I drink some when I want to go home because hungry for more smoothie wh...

I agree, that feeling happy, full of love and also desire is the greatest pleasure of life. Quality rather than quantity. Even if I lived longer, eating a certain way, I would never sacrifice those aspects. As an example, there are so many vegan raw foodist, too, who really believe in their diet but...

Yeah, I think, that's a myth. My hair is just the same strength as before I started shaving. And I've been doing that for many years.

Thanks, for the reply. Well, I didn't have any symptoms before so I doubt that I have diabetes. It is possible that my pancreas is more sensitive and I'll have to see what works for me. Let's say, I have a bladder infection. I'm not in pain so it would be mild. I wouldn't go to the doctor since it's...

Wow, that is weird. Yes, I've heard of urine therapy. But I never wanted to drink it-tried once-it's just too tough. And I don't like my life so tough :) My mind would also tell me that having sweet foods and drink all the time is crazy and I wouldn't do it if I hadn't experienced such wonderful ben...

Well, great, just me then  I was just thinking, that maybe I am very sugar sensitive or maybe it's an allergic reaction. Maybe I'm doing sth wrong in my diet. I'm having betw.0.5 and 1 l. oj with3-5 tablesp. oo. Now I'm diluting it with water and adding 2 tablesp. of honey. Maybe the oj was ac...

I drink my one cup of water first thing in the morning, then I sip on 0.5 l oj+oo during my 3 h. morning walk. I might make another pint in the afternoon sometimes. I can understand peeing 3-4 times after drinking the water in the morning, but the peeing is also much to frequent and late at night an...

Another thing is that my stomach has felt a bit weird, too. And my throat sometimes is somewhat raw. Like the acid in oj irritated it a bit. This could have to do with my recently higher intake of oj+oo sipped very frequently. My sleep is also a bit more disturbed and I have a sort of acid feeling i...

I am also feeling sort of foggy and tired a lot. And it is not from eating too little. In case the answer to the urinating is, that it is the excess water retention being removed and toxins expelled- I would think that I would just pee larger quantities and not a million times a tiny bit. It's a pro...

frequent urinating

I am worried about one thing. I am lately urinating very frequently, sometimes several times in an hour and mostly very little. Now I read that that is a neg. side effect of primarily fruitarian diets. And it would in the long run damage the pancreas. Peeing this often is definitely not normal. what...

What I have also noticed, is, that highly educated people often are out of touch with their body and emotions, primarily in their mind- which they where trained to be. What use is a bunch of knowledge, if you cannot take care of yourself, to be healthy and have a relationship from the heart. But of ...

As long as you are taking the antibiotics, it has no use anyway. The good bacteria won't be able to set foot. Just wait until after.

Welshie, I am not so sure if raisins are such a good idea after all. I just started that myself and might reduce it again. I've been loosing weight slowly but since the raisins over the last few days, I am not loosing. I think they are very concentrated sugar and it's better to slice up bananas and ...

I usually use 2-3 yolks, 1 heaped teasp. honey, 1cup oo and juice of 2-3 lemons. You blend the honey and yolks, then put the blender on high speed and slowly add the oo and lemon j. alternating them. It is thick and delicious. I love it on fish (marinated in lemon juice for a few hours), avo and cuc...
