Re: 6*200 versus WW : what's best?

6*200 is most effective for a low bodyfat percentage Thanks a lot! WW goes well for a short period of time and then it's a true mental struggle for me, so this is good news! The BMI is not that telling I know. Some people think I am skinny, but that's not true when it comes to buttocks / hips. Tech...

6*200 versus WW : what's best?

RRM, I've been reading all the information on your website www.topfitafter50.com. Nice guidance, it's very interesting ! I am definitely going to try the exercises you mentioned for women. But I also have a question for weightloss / losing bodyfat. What's the best method for getting real low percent...

Re: Fictors Fasting Adventures

Nice to hear you're doing well! :) Don't you ingest way too much protein right now? I once read the maximum is 2.5 gr per kilo bodyweight for health reasons, but I don't know for sure if that's true (and of course I don't know your stats). Or is it just a test for you in search for your upper limit ...

Re: Fictors Fasting Adventures

That's great! And I know the feeling! Nowadays I eat mixed boiled or steamed vegetables at dinner with avocado and salmon. No issues whatsoever with my skin, only thing is that I don't like all the fibres in my stomach / bowels. But I does feel great to be able to eat "normal" (although it isn't con...

Re: Fictors Fasting Adventures

Wow.. that's quite a lot! :o I am curious if it stays the same when you do this day after day. Sometimes it seems the proteins builds up and after a few days there's a sudden outbreak due to the 'heavy protein days' before in accumulation. But on the other hand: all is "clean protein", worth trying....

Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

I still eat according to an eating window of 6-8 hours a day. Last two weeks it seems like my energy is dropping again, especially at the end of the day I feels like my muscles are totally empty and I simply feel exhausted. My walk in the morning sometimes takes some effort too.. Do you have any tip...

Re: water and eating

You dilute your enzymes of you drink water while eating.
RRM says it's not necessary IF you eat enough watery fruits (or drink liters of juice).

Re: Why Is my wife unable to lose weight?

Blood sugar (and things like insulin resistancy) can have influence on the ability to lose weight, but do you know why is she on the high side of the chart? Does she eat enough healthy fats? (to balance blood sugar level). Is she on Wai diet? Did you read the chapters about losing weight and balanci...

Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

Still going "warrior" and the increase of energy is great! Even after meals, there is no (big) drop in energy. Sometimes I struggle with feelings of (stomach) hunger in the morning and around noon, but I hope my body will get used to this new regime soon. I first planned to start eating at 17h, but ...

Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

Day 1 is succesfull! Yes! Not tired during the day and no problems with muscles or mood (feeling so much lighter and happier) so far. Little bit feeling hungry, but not out of control and I was able to work, walk and do all kinds of things in my house. Tomorrow day 2, repeating todays regime.. Motiv...

Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

I am very curious how long it takes for my body to accept there will be no fiber consumed. Sometimes it's like there is a need for filling my stomach / bowels and it hurts if they're "empty". Other thing: I am not sure what's the best eating window (how many hours) for me as a woman. If I drink enou...

Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

the Wai Warrior approach can work for you? I wanted to eat regular Wai succesfully before switching to Warrior. Fasting / warrior indeed works for a while, and I have to say I feel best not eating at all, but I don't seem to be able to stick to it. I now think it might be because of a lack of fat. ...

Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

I don't know. After six days my energy dropped again and inflammation is coming back with, of course, a lot of troubles in digestion. I hope I find out what it is someday and I can come back to Wai.. I re-introduced fruits and avocado. If you have any tips to discover what's wrong with me (my digest...

Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

I've changed my diet completely since one week. I cook (yes.. cook) a traditional Ayuverdic dish, which consists of a mix of rice and beans (mung beans) with different vegetables and a mix of herbs. It's called Kitchari and is famous for healing the gut (and many other things). It is the only thing ...
