Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

And even when binging, you still feel tired? I feel an improvement for a short while (as long as I am eating and maybe one hour after) and then it disappears and I feel sluggish and not energetic (due to overeating?). This may be a lack of energy, a lack of other nutrients, or too much stress. I do...

Re: Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

In addition: my non Wai "binge" often consists of a lot of nuts (not 100% raw) with raisins or nutbutter / unsalted peanut butter with bananas sometimes dark chocolate and rarely something like rice. So it's not I'm munching big-time, it's just not 100% Wai. It's also not related to my cycle / perio...

Always feeling tired with muscle weakness

Here I am again with another question / problem. I really try to stick to 100% Wai, but every time I fail because of problems with my energy and digestion. Most of the time I feel very tired and my muscles feel weak. Even getting up the stairs is too much on 'bad days". I do eat plenty of fruits, su...

Re: Emeira's Diary

I thought IF gives the same effects as reducing calorie intake, without the need to actually reduce them. Guess the need for calories depends on how much energy is created by autophagy. And the more healthy / clean you are, the less energy comes from autophagy. So first you might need less calories ...

Re: banana juice nutrient value

I am also curious about the nutrient value of juices. I try to calculate my energy needs and, of course, I want to be sure I am eating (better: drinking) sufficient macro and micro nutrients. How to estimate calories and nutrients from slow juiced - fruit? It seems to me the nutrient value of 500 gr...

Re: "Naturally" organic Brazil nuts?

I did double check Unlimited Health, this was the answer: “We have a steaming process, to condition raw material previous cracking the shell, there is also a cooling process right after it. We don’t have a way monitor raw material core temperature, what we monitor is chamber temperature, which shoul...

Re: "Naturally" organic Brazil nuts?

I contacted a couple of webshops and these Brazil nuts: http://www.bionoot.nl/rauwe-noten/paranoten should also be 100 % raw, no heating involved during harvest and shelling.
(all the other shops answered there's almost always some heating involved during the process and 'raw' (never) is 100% raw.. )

Re: "Naturally" organic Brazil nuts?

Aaaargh... I don't know why, but I keep on making mistakes regarding to shelled (assuming it's "in de schil") or unshelled, peeled (gepeld) unpeeled. UNshelled aren't available at all in the Netherlands, is that right? But as long as it's Wai proof, I think it's okay to buy shelled ones. Than...

Wow Oscar, what a very very quick reply. Thanks a lot!! :)
These nuts are peeled, but you are sure they're "Waiproof"?
That would be awesome!

Allergic to eggs and almonds..

Some of you know I've been struggling with acne and keeping Wai-diet for quite some time. It never worked for ALL of my symptoms (cystic acne, chronic diarrhea, undigested food, etc) and last years were truly difficult. I've tried everything and always ate plenty of yolks to restore my hormones. Now...

Re: Oil as a cause of insulin resistancy / diabetes?

A bit silly, no? Yes, it might be. It's too bad the difference between raw and cooked isn't made in a lot of studies. :( So the whole thing about oil preventing insulin to reach the cells is not true? I've also read this in information about (preventing and curing) candida. I maybe should stop read...
