I saw on a documentary a lady in America preparing food for her dog, she made it look very easy. She didn't give bones at all. She put raw red meat and raw liver in a bowl and added loads of other things - seaweed, yeast, flax seed, stuff like that, there were countless things so I can't remember th...

I used to give my dogs raw meat and meaty bones then one day one dog choked quite badly, and wouldnt eat for a few days after because he was so scared, so we stopped with that altogether. It made them a bit savage I think. I know the websites say it doesn't bring out their "killer instincts" and tha...

You eat hardly any fruit, and no rainbow coloured fruit. Try adding a mango or papaya or nectarines to your smoothie

Who is that, running along the candy store! It is Cairidh, hands clutching a studded crowbar! And with a low cry, her voice cometh:

"I'm going to pummel you beyond capacity, and then some!"

What is Your Battle Cry?

I was just thinking how much Chin Chin reminds me of a warrior woman, and how she would have been one had she been born in another time, when I came accross this:

That is disgusting. That has so put me off eating fish, not that I was going to. But you know, I wanted to...I don't now!

For me it was vegetarian bolognaise, mashed potato, and these barbecue flavour fake chicken pieces from my health shop....but I went cold turkey. If I'd carried on eating them the cravings would never have gone away. If you don't eat cooked food at all for 6 months you no longer crave it.

not tea, just green tea.

and don't blame me, blame Ruth Rendall. (the author)
Throughout his trip to China, Wexford reads supernatural stories and drinks rather too much green tea. He even suffers hallucinations like the hero in Sheridan Le Fanu’s famous Green Tea story.

mmm that sounds utterly delicious!! I'm salivating. Too bad coz my mouth isn't getting any. Your days diet sounds really healthy. The only critique I would make is that it doesn't include rainbow coloured fruits which are full of vitamins, antioxidants, phytochemicals etc. For example mango, peaches...

careful, most coconut oils aren't raw.
Nutiva is the cheapest raw one.

Fats you could use:

avocado yummy
fresh coconut put through a juicer which comes out as a very fatty cream (gorgeous)
coconut oil
olive oil
egg yolks

How did Chin Chin edit her post? Is she a moderator already? Everybody's a moderator except me. Really am I *that* difficult to keep in line?
