I just noticed that people tend to be more disapproving of lettuce than they are of junkfood. Just an observation. I think it's because junkfood is obviously munchfood and nobodys suggesting its healthy whereas the lettuce might be evidence that the eater thinks lettuce is ok to eat and is therefore...

your diet sounds so nutritious!!

I had cherries today too, in a smoothie with banana.

They'll tell you you should have had fat with the cherries, to cut out the soya sauce, and you're very naughty for smoking, but I think you're doing brilliantly. :)

My supermarket sells raw unsalted ones as well as salted roasted ones (sometimes if my mum buys them for me, she'll get the salted roasted ones by mistake, but apart from that I have no trouble getting hold of raw.) As for the dying....I've never heard of that....mine are a sort of beige colour...my...

You put raw courgette through the saladacco and it comes out looking like spaghetti, so you have raw spaghetti.

I don't know where you could find one in France - type it into your french search engine or French ebay.

Ceviche is raw fish marinated in lime or lemon juice - the acids "cooks" the fish, but without heat, so it doesn't create any nasties. It looks and so it looks and tastes like cooked fish, but is ok to eat on the Wai diet. "No, ceviche is not raw seafood. Let me explain using the example of fish, wh...

egg whites make a face mask

I just read a book about Princess Diana by her friend, she said they both used to use egg whites as a face mask - just whisk one with a fork, put it on the face, and then put cucumber slices on the eyes. I googled and sure enough egg whites are a very popular face mask. So you could use them for tha...

My mum fed formula and encouraged every other mother she met to do the same, while simultaneously boycotting Nestle as if it were Satan's Seat On Earth. She and every other mother she told to use formula, didn't like breastfeeding because it was painful, it was nothing to do with spoiling you...
