My theory was that if my body isn't repairing damage from bad food, i can repair other damage faster. Also muscle and tendon and nerve tissue not over-retaining water would cause it to stretch, and in general function, better. And even the brain being healthier would increase the body's ability to h...

So ideally if you're on a perfect diet, green tea isn't necessary, but might give you too much of something; like cause you to retain too little water, right? But for someone who sometimes eats unhealthy, would drinking green tea be a good idea to help re-balance? Like if a much food has an oxidizin...

From what I've read I think vegetable are hard to digest and give you a big of a tummy because they require intestinal gas release? Not sure bu I think that's why. But I also think if you juice them that might get rid of the problem. Same thing with cooking; makes them easier to digest but then you ...

I read that topic as well; wai said sweet corn as good except for the pesticide chemicals which can't come off since you can't peel sweet corn.

Also mushrooms are ok as long as you can digest them raw; so maybe they're good for some people.

(I don't know the metric off hand). Before my wrist injury I was 145 lbs. Drugs don't seem to do anything, maybe b...

thanks guys. that's not strict?! well if the diet's not going to help with my arms I'm not sure if it's worth it. I've done a lot of research on raw food diets and research shows it's good for healing of all kinds. From what I read there weren't many negative effects to caffeine, besides possible el...

If you're getting fish oil, look for the liquid form. The capsules are only 50% oil and 50% capsule. If you want omega 3 you want to be getting very high amounts or your body will absorb nothing, but you then have to be careful about the mercury.

Hi, I'm new to the diet and have a few questions. I actually started about a month ago, not so much for acne although loosing it would be a bonus. I'm a piano player with a repetitive-strain injury and have been trying to heal for 3 years. The wai diet seemed to be helping but my (extremely conserva...
