I usually eat eggs in the evening, but I feel to have a better day if I take them in the morning

Anyone with the same experience, or is it just placebo?

Maybe I'm not really sure about the theory of this all.

Is water retention + high sebum = acne?
Or can it have other causes then water retention ?

And what about water retention in the morning? Can that cause acne ?

Until when are eggs basicly young enough to eat.

The eggs in my supermarket are mostly more than 10 days old. Can I buy them to eat raw? Or should I look somewhere else ?

Anybody knows what to do about it ?

I don't have many problems with acne. But I've problem with water retention in the skin, especially in the morning.

I've been this week for 90 % on the wai diet. But does anybody know other cause of water retention in the face?

A simple electric orange juicer seems fine for me.

Shouldn't pineapples be in this diet, because of the protein decomposing effects ?

I've followed a diet, that was basicly the same as this diet, but with two differences: - no oil - much more raw animal food I don't suffer much from acne, I follow it for other reasons. But, now I've changed to the wai diet. So, less protein and much more oil (olive oil, and coconut meat). My eyes ...

And how long does protein digestion take in general ?

And for preventing cancer?

So, smoking or eating marihuana is good against some types of cancer ?

And another question:

How much water should I drink on this diet basicly ?

But one orange is enough for vitamin C requirements right ?

Don't we get to much vitamin C in this diet ? Like 10 times more than needed ?

Aren't goji berries very high in protein ?
