When I make wamred tomatos on rice, often there is too much juice/oil made, and I don't know what to do with it, so this is it. Sounds weird but actually tastes great (although it is cooked).
In a frying pan, peel and dice some tomatoes.
(optionally add sugar).
Add in EVOO, and heat it up; the juice from the tomatoes will emulsify with the OO.
Now you have warm tomatoes (which I put on rice and eat) and this warm drink, which I pour into a tea cup and pretend it's a special kind of tea. It's very high in fat, tastes great, and I think would not have too many HCAs.
