Pré/After Workout Recipie: Yolk and raisins

I just mix in a cup, 2 yolks and hand of raisins.

The yolks are rich in many things, vitamins, minerals, protein, fat.
The rasins are good to, energy, vitamins, electrolytes, and minerals, because they have natural sugar, and a vegetable oil.

I usually buy from this Seeberger.

What do you think about this combination?

I'm feeling good for now!
I will have some calisthenics workout and bicycle!

Usually it is not recommended here to eat animal protein like egg yolks together with a fiber rich food like raisins, because it will digest less good and likely cause gas. But hey, everybody is different and if you don't experience any such problems then just go for it! :)
