Food before cooking. Notice the muscles fibres and the fats above it.
After cooking of the meat. No mentioning of how long it was cooked. Notice how denatured the protein chains are. Abit gross.

Amazing pics.
I once tried to take a photo of a single sugar crystal with a camera.. I managed to get it to 1:1 on the film, but the details got lost in the tiny depth of field.
