Check this out. because chickens are often fed moldy grains (organic or not) the aflatoxin can end up in the eggs...

Note that in this study they not at all studied whether / how often hens are fed mouldy grains, whether chicken normally absorb alfatoxins, or whether eggs normally may contain some aflatoxins.
What they did study, was how much of the aministered aflatoxins ended up in the egg if the hen was fed aflatoxin-contaminated feedings.
The result was that 0.02% of the administered aflatoxin ended up in the egg...

Then take into account that when you consume products containing grains, ALL of the present aflatoxins will end up in your body...
