You really need to gain some weight.
We need that extra weight as a buffer, so that in a situations of a temporary lack of energy,
your body does not feed on vital tissue.
That buffer should comprise both fat and muscles, so that the body has
both fat-like and glucose-like molecules at its disposal as spare energy,
and spare building blocks.

If you dont, you may be breaking down and rebuilding vital tissue too often,
which accelerates aging.
So, instead of thinking of consuming as little protein, in your situation you need to think of creating spare energy and building blocks in your body.
Which means that you need to eat more, including more protein.

I thought if you are small sized, means you have less cells to take care of? In muscular people, don't they age faster because they are basically destroying old cells to create stronger new cells?

True, but its not that "the smaller, the better".
As for most things the optimum / truth is somewhere in between extremes. (not too big, not too small)
Yes, you will have less cells to take care of, but you will also have less to lean on;
less spare energy, less spare amino acids.

Well, its not that I don't want to gain weight, but it seems to be so hard. My weight have been more or less the same past couple of months.

Just eat a little more often.
If your weight is stable now, it just takes a little extra to gain weight.
You dont need to stuff yourself.

Maybe you should listen to your body's needs more carefully. It sounds to me like maybe you're over thinking your eating pattern to much. Just eat as much animal foods and fruits as you feel like, and you'll gain some weight naturally :)

If you have trouble eating more, try drinking juice. Maybe even add some sugar. By doing that, you'll gain some weight very easily.

On the acne sample diet, little protein is consumed, which makes you crave for protein.
The more fish / yolks you consume, the cravings get smaller and smaller, to a point where you body says: i had enough.
So, healthwise, your body will tell you.
Regarding acne you need to do experiments to find out what your max is.
Thats why there is the strict sample diet first.
Once your skin is clear one can start experimenting with consuming more protein.

Ok this is what I came up with w/ the nutrient calc:

18 egg yolks
50g salmon
2640ml OJ (store bought)
1 cup sugar (added to OJ)
2 glasses of water

Does that sound OK?

I'm worried that it might be too much sugar.

Nutrients...............................Quantity..............RDA
Protein...................................78.67g ..........58.00g

Yes, you can, if your body does not react adversely.
Your body has more and less subtle ways of letting you know its preferences. Try to listen.

At least 100 grams daily, but you can eat much more if your skin tolerates it,
and if you dont experience any other adverse effects.

Try a little more and see how it feels.

Its better to spread it out.
Just make sure to always remain physically inactive after consuming egg yolks.
