Acrylamide is carcinogenic.
When chicken feed contains acrylamide, it will be transferred into the eggs it lays. Kienzle E et al

In France, organic hens can be fed with cooked food, so organic is unfortunately not a guarantee.

So, it should be free-roaming hens eating grass and insects...
