balsamic vinegar

Post by sula58 »

Is balsamic vinegar okay/not okay, not just for skin but also in general?
I see nothing wrong with it, but I wonder sometimes if it is too acidic to be very healthy. I eat a lot.

Thanks

Pure vinegar is perfect (including the 'acidity').
What other ingredients does your balsamic vinegar contain? (salt?)

Sulphur dioxide is ok to eat? Man, that stuff makes me feel like crap, and it makes my head itch.

Not that sulphur dioxide is ok, just that consuming the balsamic vinager wont do much harm, unless your body readily responds to sulphur dioxide, of course.
