I do eat fresh fish and egg yolks, but the nuts are very easy to bring
to work, to work out and on trips.
Also, I believe that on a diet with as little variation as the Wai diet, one
should use every opportunity for variation. I submitted a sample diet
into the nutrient calculator, and it does not look so good. Of course, the
RDA's we use today might be all wrong, but still, I feel better when
having some nuts.
Never the less, I will cut them out for now, until my face and back is
all clear
Still, I wonder, those of you who eat nuts: how many a day?
