France : no brazil nuts with shells

Postby thea » Sun 31 Dec 2006 09:44

Iit's impossible to find any stores that brazil nuts with shells anymore here in France Does anyone know about any websites where I can order shelled nuts and get them within a reasonable shipping time and for a reasonable shipping rate in Europe ?

I eat at this time organic raw brazil nuts every day 80 gr. Sometimes I have liver pain ? It's a aflatoxin's or too much fat from brazil nuts ?
If I don't find brazil nuts with shells can I eat organic brazil nuts without shells or it's best to stop ? Do you have an alternative if I don't find brazil nuts with shells ?
Thank

I eat at this time organic raw brazil nuts every day 80 gr.
We advice a handful of nuts daily (about 35 gram)
Sometimes I have liver pain ?
It may be radiation, as sometimes Brazil nuts (by nature) are somewhat radioactive (hence the 35 gram)
If I don't find brazil nuts with shells can I eat organic brazil nuts without shells or it's best to stop ?
Regarding acne its absolutely better to stop.
Regarding protein quality its okay.
Do you have an alternative if I don't find brazil nuts with shells ?
If its about protein quality, you may consider taking half a gram supplementary methionine daily.
If its about nutrients in general, then egg yolks / fish are the alternative.
