Brazil Nut Milk?

Post by avalon »

Anyone making nut milks on a regular basis? Brazil? Almond? I've always thought about it, but haven't ever tried. Sounds like it may be a better way to receive the benefits of nuts. And there's no point in buying pre-made nut milk because of all the added ingredients.

When I used to be a big cereal eater I felt the need for almond milk. Since removing grains from my diet, I haven't consumed any nut milks. What do you use nut milks for? They never really appealed to me as something I'd just drink.

Wasn't there a thread about this a while ago?
