antinutrients

Post by johndela1 »

I'm a bit confused. What exactly is a brazil nut? Isn't it a seed? If so, wouldn't the plant want to protect it from comsumption with antinutrients?

Would it be best to limit or not eat nuts?

Check out RRM's last post in "chai seed" thread.
He explains there. I think there's also somewhere else he explains this.
