Virtually all varieties are sprayed, and seedless vs with seeds has nothing to do with that.
You need to find seedless organic grapes.
Yes, i juice unpeeled ssedless grapes, as peeling is too much work.

If you cannot find organic, you can also just wash them (non-organic seedless grapes).
The peel ends up as pulp.

I like cucumbers over grapes to get my vitamin K.
It is so much easier to peel.
And it still has the same squishy texture.
Just a tad bit less sweet than grapes.

I have a feeling K1 is different from K2.
K1 is the plant type.
I think when the food item peaks in K1 + Vitamin C combo, over other nutrients, it makes a squishy water containing texture.

But yes, egg yolks has nice amounts of Ks. Definitely should munch on them if i remember to go eat them!

is it okay to drink lime juice ( 1 lime in approx. 0.5 l water ) ?
and what about freshly made passionfruit juice ( straight ) … quite tangy in taste … = okay ?

0.5 L is a lot of juice, that is 1/6 of 3 L or 1/4 of 2 L!
Nadia are you trying to replace juice like orange juice, banana juice, mango juice,
with diluted lime juice or passion fruit juice or grape juice?

Will you get enough nutrients by drinking those juices?
Are you eating other foods for nutrients?
