Grapefruit and Bloating?

Post by Seth »

It had been quite sometime since I had eaten a whole grapefruit so I decide a couple days ago to eat some. I made sure not to eat any of the refuse, however, I began getting a lot of bloating/gas after eating them. Is this something to be expected when consuming grapefruit as opposed to bananas or other fruit?

when ever i have citrus besides oranges, i try to have it with fish or salad or egg yokes. food combining usually helps me in those cases.

Yes, grapefruits are not as easily digested as naturally sweet fruits. If something contains a bitter taste, they generally are toxins or anti-nutrients.
The sweetest fruits are most easy to digest.
