Instead I munch on dried fruits throughout the day. Is it okay?

It should be fine, if you drink lots of water with it. Be prepared for a lot of gas, though.

Why a lot of gas because of no OJ?

Because the juice contains far less fiber than whole fruits.
More fiber results in more gas.

I read from the constipation article that fiber causes small wounds in the colon. Should I be concerned about it?

Also, is it necessary to add olive oil to the dried fruits? I think the animal food at night should meet the fat requirements?

Its just that the more fiber you consume, aging of the colon is accelerated somewhat.
This may result in bowel issues later in life.
Or maybe not.

its ok without the oil.
Just dont eat too much dried food in one sitting.

So if I munch on dried fruits throughout the day, that's considered one sitting?

So from morning 'til evening you're continuously eating without any break?

How long would your longest period be between pieces of dry fruit in this period?
