if you put it in the freezer, it can be kept much longer.
If you store it at 0 degrees celcius, it may be up to 5 days.
If your fridge is a little warmer, up to 5 degrees, 2 to 3 days may be the max.
Adding sugar gives you an extra day.
Fresh juice will usually have massive fermentation going on after 7 days,
so i wouldnt drink it.

You can mix egg yolks with juice, but only right before consumption.
You shouldnt store that mix.
Raw rice protein??? What do you mean? Like a protein powder?

yes raw fermented bioavailable rice protein

or i add in separate amin acids, occasionally i use whey protein

It's because of my very busy demanding job.. I'm on the go 8-10hrs a day, i dont have the time to sit down and eat.
A fruit (orange juice) smoothie is most convenient, i get all the nutrients i need and can sip it at my side.

Can't you drink during work and eat fish at home? There is no need to consume it throughout the day.

during the day is orange juice, olive oil, egg yolk, rice protein
dinner is usually fish, fruit

If you have fish at dinner, and even some more egg yolk during the day,
you definitely dont need the rice protein.
