They look fine. It's more important how they taste though ;)
Are they hard or soft?

They seem to taste fine.... I got that for 20$, i believes its 100 oranges
i wish they were organic

These oranges belong to the same group as most oranges from Cuba, Brazil, Argentina and West Africa.
We usually refer to them as "cubanitas" (hence the renaming of the now forum-stored pic)
They may be green-orange on the outside and yet deliciously sweet.
They are usually very hard, and when they are soft, they must be ripe.

Sure, organic should always be better.
However, the availability of organic oranges is quite small.
