safous

Post by Nadia »

RRM ,
regarding safous :
to soften them , i put them in a metal bowl and cover them with warm water ( 40 - 50°C ) .
in ca 30 mins they are " ready " .
is this procedure okay ?? ( strict wai , ww )

they sure don’t taste as raw as say an avocado ... that’s maybe also bcs they are lukewarm ... ?
