Carrot Juice
I forgot to ask about Carrot juice, which I also love. I believe you once mentioned that it was fine to subsititute for fruit juice, but I could be wrong. Are there enzyme inhibitors in it? Thx.

Of all roots, is most easy to digest, so yes, you can safely drink carrot juice.
Carrot juice is extremely high in beta-carotene though, and if you are exposed to cigarette smoke (or asbestos), this may pose a health risk, as your body probably lowers the level of beta-carotene in your blood to prevent lung cancer.

Personally, I wouldnt drink too much of it, as im often a 'passive smoker'.
