need help with diet and timing of meals

Post by twinee1 »

I have a Profession where I am on the road most of the day and into late evening and must pre prepare my meals. The fruit and Bnuts are easy as is the t/c/a salad...the problem egg yolks and juice !! Can I take a juice and mix in the yolk on the road ? or can I mix it at home (EASIER !) and take for the day ? and drink 3-6 hours later ?

The other option is to have the yolk in the AM..?

Which is preferable ?

Only if the yolks are still in the shell right before you start mixing them in.

No, not safe.

Thats ok, as long as you are not physically active within 1.5 hours.
Why dont you take them right before you go to bed?

RPM, you take all of your yolks at once before going to bed?

I will try before bed but it is an option. I will try it if needed to get them in. I guess I could take fresh eggs in my cooler.
