There are lots of rules you can break; so thats what happens a lot...

4-5 meals/snack per day isn't often enough, which could result in acne. If you read WaiStart, it suggests a way to eat 10 meals/snacks per day. Eating (often) enough is quite important for this diet to succeed as cure for acne, otherwise is just doesn't work.

I eat 4-5 meals of fruitsalad with salad, 1 meal of raw yolk and 1 meal of raw solomon = 6-7 meals per day and sometimes 1-2 fruits in the middle of the main(fruit+salad) meals(When I can't be at home)
So, I think that althought it's not the best plan on wais diet, it's not so bad to cause really bad acne. I have 8-10 active cysts some of them really big, and pmples. Before starting it I had 2-3 cysts and almost none pimples.
I am on the 12th day and I keep getting cysts!!!
I am really disappointed and desperate.
Even if I believe that it just doesnt work for me, I will give it one more week.
I was willing to give it more but it gets worse and worse, so I can't stand it any more.
Is there anything else you can suggest me to do?

Thats too little.
The absolute minimum on this diet is 10 meals a day, but 20 is better.
This diet contains a lot of single sugars, and consuming so few meals means a too high intake of sugars in one meal,
which means spiking your insulin too much.
it's not so bad to cause really bad acne.
It may be. (insulin spike > testosterone)
There is a reason why we have those rules.
Those rules are their to make the diet work.
If you dont do the diet in accordance with the rules, you dont do the diet right.
Even if I believe that it just doesnt work for me, I will give it one more week.
Why dont you try to do it the right way?

when i eat one fruit how can i stabilize the sugar intake? When i am at home and when i am out.

what is the proportion for sugar and fat?
1 fruit salad what salad should i eat? how much olive oil, tomato, cucumber, avocado?

When you eat small protions / meals,
you never need to worry about balancing your sugar intake,
as you will mainly be replenishing lost blood sugar.

consuming small portions / meals, its not important.
When drinking juices, however, a few drops of oil prevent acid burn.

You dont need to combine fruits, but any of these combinations are fine.
Again, taking only bites of it each time, you dont need fats to balance the sugars.

When you eat more fruit in one sitting, you need more fat (OO / avocado)

Actually, when starting to do everything right, its days one of the diet for you.
And in the beginning of the diet its normal for trapped sebum / pus (cysts) to surface,
which will appear as pimples.
Its actually a good sign, meaning that now this trapped sebum / pus is finally able to surface,
less hindered by too much pinched off sebum canals.

I always have some dried fruits on me and orange juice if I'm out. Put a bit of olive oil in the juice.
Watch out with the dried fruits though, don't eat too many too quick and be sure to drink some water with it.

How do you wash your face? Try to avoid the tap water as that might break you out but buy some low mineral water to clean your face.

I am sorry for many messages, but just want to be sure..

I am planning to eat
meal: 3 fruits + salad (1/3 of tomato, a cucumber, 1/4 of avocado, 4tbs of olive oil)
when i am not at home one whole fruit every half an hour(when i feel at least a lit of bit hungry). Should I stabilize it with fat?(Just to be sure)

should I eat smaller meals?
any suggestions on this?

To have more meals is better.
Have a tablespoon of oil if you are having troubles with your blood sugar. The less meals you eat, the more fat should be added. Fat cannot break you out and prevents blood sugar spikes. So, especially when starting the wai diet eat more fat, yes.

No, don't be afraid to ask. The diet is really hard in the beginning and everyone struggles to get it right. But if you get it right there will be a lot of rewards. So, please do ask!

The smaller your meals, the less fat you need.
So, when you eat every half an hour (a small meal, like one glass of OJ or 1 big apple or 1 small banana), you need little fat.
But when your food intake is less frequent, a substantial part of it needs to be fat.
Then you can make a salad of 1 avocado (fat), 3 tomatoes and 1 small cucumber, which you can eat during 2 and a half hour.
Then its ok to eat that salad divided between only 2 meals.

my new plan is this

I am eating this every 2 hours(or something like this)

When i am not at home, I eat one whole fruit (banana, apple, orange, mantarine), without any fat. Probably every 30-45 minutes because afterwords I can go home and eat the main meal. In 2 hours I eat 3-4 fruits...

So,
my meal need some improvement? anything that I should change?
After, one whole fruit of these four mentioned above, is it ok, not eating any fat?

it's better not eating both egg yolk and salmon the same day?
any tips about fruit? Like fruits that should eat more ofthen and the opposite. Fruits I should not eat at night or at morning and the opposite.
