Post by Karen »

Ok..who or what site does Wai use for a complete nutritional break down ie fat, protein, calcium, mag etc . I need something to measure by so that I know when I' haven't taken in enough of a micro., yes?
Also, Oscar this guy by the name of Bennett ( I think that was his name- he grew young fro 50 to 70 yrs old)- does this link encompass all his body workouts which I got from this site?

Thank you RRM...am I missing something as that link just gives me the nutritional breakdown for one food item and not my whole diet as I'd like to see from that perspective what I'm doing.

You need to submit multiple food items to get the breakdown of your entire diet.

Just click with the pointer of your mouse on the dropdown menu in the far right,
and you can choose what unit you want to use, ie cups, ml, grams or whatever.

and what do the numbers represent after a food item? Thank you!
The available sources.
(1) is the USDA database
(2) is Souci SW et al, Food Composition and Nutrition Tabels
