Yes, a citrus juicer or a slow (masticating) juicer is perfectly fine
I tried to juice some bananas before and I could only get 50%of the banana which was quite starchy.
You need very ripe bananas.
Its best if the peel has turned black, and the fruit itself is soft, but not gone bad (smelly, mouldy)
Then you get the highest yield, and not starchy juice.
I'm little bit concerned about eating too many bananas, because I heard and read in this forum and the free book that too much magnesium can lead to bad mineral absorption.
I think that a ratio of orange juice : banana juice of 2:1 is fine.
I clean my teeth everyday with toothpaste, I try not to swallow it but, no exception.
Will toothpaste break the fast? Is it considered munch food?
No, its perfectly ok.
can I put a teaspoon of coconut oil in my mouth and rinse my mouth with it like 20min so that my tong doesn't get so white and make my teeth shinier
You can, but i dont know whether it actually works.

You want to eat toothpaste as munch food?
sowen8989 wrote:Last Q can I put a teaspoon of coconut oil in my mouth and rinse my mouth with it like 20min so that my tong doesn't get so white and make my teeth shinier, maybe instead of brushing my teeth I'll do this :D
The method you described sounds like oil-pulling,
bacteria and debris will be suspended in the oil-saliva-mixture by the swishing.
Make sure you spit out the mixture and not swallow it afterwards.
Of the oil-pulling sites I've read, I don't think coconut oil is the best oil for this method.

No, that does not make the juice taste bitter.
If it tastes bitter, its is juice from oranges that have not ripened properly.

I actually swallowed it all the time. I have pain in my throat today. Maybe it because of that or the bitter OJ

Not all information about certain food stuffs is available, which is why you will see, for example "no data:1,2". This means that for items 1 and 2 in your list no info/data is available for that nutrient.

No, you can consume as many different fruits as you like.

No, its not an error.
Souci et al lists vitamin K in oranges (3.75 mcg / 100 g), but the vitamin K contents of orange juice have not been measured.

Thanks for the replies!
Can somebody explain to me the scar healing presses please. I read somewhere on the forum that some scars don't heal and it differs by people if they at all heal?. I have many small size holes should I call on my cheek and some on the forehead. RRM how long did it take on this diet to heal all your scars? I heard that the younger you are the faster they heal is that true? Anything that I should know about scars would help me. Thank you.

Whether a wound turns into a scar, or not, is individually different.
I had a lot of acne, and yet very few scars.
Some guys that had far less acne than i had, ended up with far more scars.
I have many small size holes should I call on my cheek and some on the forehead.
How long have they been there (the oldest ones)?
RRM how long did it take on this diet to heal all your scars?
In my experience, diet does not influence whether a wound turnes into a scar, or not.
Also before this diet, most of my acne did not result in scars.
I heard that the younger you are the faster they heal is that true?
Yes, healing is faster when you are younger.
Anything that I should know about scars would help me.
Leaving wounds and healing wounds alone as much as possible.
No creams, no plasters, no touching. Nothing.
sowen8989 wrote:And when I juice yellow bananas they make my tommy rumble is it because the fibre or because it not ripe?
Both.
Ripening turns both starch and fiber (and anti-nutrients) into single sugars.
The more (over)ripe, the better. (as long as it does not smell bad)

I basically don't have any bumps zits you call them. Even if I have one or two they disappear in a few days those are mostly red marks or little holes. Don't know the professional name for it. My acne was always healing but it always stop in this part and wouldn't heal anymore maybe it's just fighting with time hu.. There's nothing I'm doing wrong so.. Just time..
